CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens and schedule adjustments can be necessary, however; I require a 24 hour notice for a cancellation or rescheduling, otherwise the following fees may be appiled. - Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the appointment scheduled. - No call no shows will result in 100% charge of appointment. - Appointments made within 24 hours, that are cancelled within 5 hours of reserved time will be charged 50% of appointment. If you are late to your session, it may be shortened to accomadate the appointments following yours. You will be responsible for the full amount of the session regardless of the actual length of service given. Please understand that when you cancel late or no show, I'm missing the opportunity to rebook that spot. I will always send out reminders for upcoming appointments.
